St. John's, NL

Hey everybody, welcome from St. John's! I can't believe we have only had one full day in Newfoundland! It has been such a great day! The weather has been really nice as well, with only a bit of rain in the evening. It is great to have this experience and share it with my family!

This is a picture of one of the many colourful rows of houses that are part of St. John's.

This is our whole group at Cape Spear, the easternmost point of North America. It was great to see the water crashing upon the rocks and looking out at the beautiful blue Atlantic.
Another picture taken at Cape Spear with the old lighthouse in the background.
After Cape Spear, we went to Signal Hill. We were able to go inside Cabot Tower and also have a great view of St. John's.
St. John's. One of the many cruise ships that stop by here.
After lunch we stopped to look inside two churches. Both were amazingly beautiful! The one on the left is the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. The one on the right is the Basilica of St. John the Baptist.

Later in the evening we went back up to Signal Hill and got an amazing view of St. John's.

It was amazing first full day to our adventures! Tomorrow we will make our way to Trinity, Newfoundland. I will try to keep you all posted in all our endeavors! Until then, talk to you later!
